I had about 3 gallons of 87 in a can. Added that, and turned the key and it started right up. Though the idle was up and down. Big time.
Forgot about the open EGR port on the intake. I quickly made a blanking plate and hit the start again. Perfect! She runs, and with no smoke. Gotta love that! Thank you ATS Racing!!!
So now that I know it runs I get to work on the details.
I made a NASCAR style spoiler yesterday. pop riveted to the lid. Tonight I made a Gurney flap for it.

I'll weld the Gurney flap on later. The metal is some diamond plate for some pickup truck stuff. Found it in my stack of crap.

Built an exhaust system. I'll have 3 or 4 systems for different events. This will be my trackday exhaust. Those are two small 3" ID short track mufflers welded together. I am going to mod this, I am going to put a 3" bend in this and extend it out to the right of the bumper. Keeping it under the bumper so it does not get damaged easily. The bend will also quiet the sound a bit as well.

2.5" diameter downpipe from the RAV4 3SFE header. That feeds into a 3" Berk flex pipe, and then that feeds to a 3" pipe to the mufflers.

I made this front spoiler a decade ago. It has been destroyed at least 3 times. Now it just sits collecting dust. Guess where it is going to be used? Needs a bit of alterations. Nothing a few screws can't fix. Remember, this is crap can racing, not a show car event!!!

Shift cable touches the exhaust heat shield. This is now double wrapped. I found some other insulators and will add that later.

Coolant pipe. Yes I know the heater hose is open. It is just a pipe and goes nowhere. I just left it in.
